1. Renegade Rows with Dumbbell
Renegade Rows with Dumbbell can be done with pushup position in the initial pose and holding dumbbell in both hands. When rowing up one dumbbell on one hand, we need to stabilize the body with another arm. Similarly, when bringing down the dumbbell back to the ground and alternate the rowing arm, we need to stabilize with the opposite arm too. The stabilizing workout is the key part for this exercise.
