We should try to avoid store bought salad dressings as well. The store bought salad dressings usually contain soybean oil and HFCS.
Secondly, we can get our carbohydrate source from fruits and veggies instead of those grains. The carbohydrate from fruits and veggies are far healthier than grains. On the other hand, we have to make sure that our tomato sauces do not consist of HFCS and soybean oils. Last but not least, we can put some efforts on reducing the cereal, bread and pasta intake.
